UNA Strassen has parted ways with coach Stefano Bensi, assistant coach Veldin Muharemovic and fitness trainer Tom Schnell, as the club announced via press release.
Manuel Correia, sports director Arno Bonvini and youth coordinator Sébastien Chedal will be in charge of the first team on an interim basis until the end of the current season. A new coaching staff will take over next season.
Stefano Bensi and his team have been in charge at FC UNA Strassen since the beginning of October 2024. At the weekend, the European Cup candidate suffered a surprising defeat against the relegation-threatened team from Rodange.
Last season, Strassen was runner-up behind FC Déifferdeng 03 and took part in the Conference League qualification for the second time in a row.
