This weekend the capital will be dominated by the annual “Fête de la musique”. While on Friday various bands and artists, including TUYS, De Läb and Kerala Dust, keep the speakers vibrating late into the night, on Saturday more classical sounds can be heard as part of the “Conservatoire goes City” program. The various concerts take place throughout the day, mostly on place Guillaume II, place d’Armes and place de la Constitution.
On Sunday, the umbrella organization for musicians, “Union Grand-Duc Adolphe” (UGDA), is holding further concerts at the Knuedler from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. On Sunday evening, the 26th edition of the “Fête de la musique” will end at the “Woman Stage” on rue Saint-Esprit until 10:30 p.m. All further information is available here www.vdl.lu.
