“But it’s raining!” When you visit the “Escher Déierepark” on the Galgenberg on Tuesday morning, the conditions are anything but ideal: the sky is gray and the rain is falling in torrents. But the two school classes of Cycle 1 from Strassen don’t let that dampen their spirits. With a little delay, the educational activity “Heemelwee” can finally begin. The program includes goats, sheep and pigs.
As soon as it starts, enthusiastic shouts continue to echo across the area. Some children approach the animals without hesitation, others prefer to stay at the fence at first. The excitement is great, the curiosity even greater.
