While tourism, apartment building and the island’s traffic connection have been discussed for years on Brač, one of the largest energy projects in the island’s recent history was almost imperceptibly taking shape in its interior. In the area between Pučišća and Selac, two solar power plants are in operation today – Gornji Humac and Pelegrin 1 – while HEP’s Pučišća solar power plant is also planned.
