Since she was the candidate of the President of the Republic Zoran Milanović for the President of the Supreme Court, a professor Zlata Đurđevićhead of the Department of Criminal Procedural Law at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, is on the “black list” of the Government. Despite her expertise and all her scientific works, there is no longer a place for her in any working group or on the list of candidates for international bodies. In an interview with Jutarnji, she commented on the current situation in the Croatian judiciary, said what she expects from the new president of the Supreme Court, Mirta Matić, and explained what role she has in the SDP and what she expects from the election of constitutional judges.
