The National Secretariat for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets (Senabico) published the official catalog of its XXI public auction, which will take place on July 9. The sale of a luxurious mansion in the Identifications area with a base price of G. 3,000 million stands out. Rooms and vehicles also appear.
The National Secretariat of Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets (Senabico)in charge of the former prosecutor Theresa Rojasannounced the XXI edition of its public auction of seized and confiscated goods, which will be carried out Thursday July 9 from 09:30 at the CEMINA location, Punta Brava c/ Avda. Madame Lynch, Asunción.
The Law No. 5,876/2017modified by the Law No. 7,254/2024establishes that Senanico can carry out the advance sale either auction of seized assets that are difficult/onerous to maintain, or by judicial confiscation. The objective is to prevent them from being devalued and maintain their economic value.
Among the assets up for auction, the sale of a luxurious mansion in the Identifications area stands out with a base price of G. 3,000 million.

Other assets offered for sale are a set of four rural properties (occupied) located in the vicinity of the Memby Hill, Yby Yaú district, suitable for agricultural and livestock activities. It has improvements consisting of corrals for animal management, housing for staff, artesian well, water tank and pasture areas for livestock exploitation. The base sales price is G. 573,600,000.
A property that Senabico describes as ideal for a home or office also attracted attention. The property is located in one of the most exclusive and consolidated residential areas of Asunción, in the vicinity of the presidential residence Mburuvicha Róga“within the traditional Mburicao neighborhood”, close to the Metropolitan Seminary of Asunción. He points out that it is “one of the main green spaces in the capital, offering a privileged, quiet environment with excellent connectivity.”
According to the data, the address of the home is Comandante Franco e/Cap. Carpinelli and Dr. Justo Prieto, Mburicao neighborhood. District of San Roque, Asunción. The base sales price is G. 390,000,000.
