The Secretary of State for Health, Massimo Andrea Ugoliniexplained that the trend towards increasing numbers derives from the fact that today the phenomenon is intercepted “sooner, better and by a greater number of actors”. Ugolini announced the assignment for the development of a unique data collection software and recalled the ongoing bill against violence and harassment in the workplace, which introduces paid leave of up to one hundred days for victims included in protection courses.
The Secretary reiterated: “These are tools that must be carefully monitored to understand whether they should be recalibrated or strengthened and in which areas it is possible to intervene.” (…)
