Through a diplomatic note sent to the Atlantic Alliance and disseminated by the Russian embassy in Ireland, Moscow denounced that commanders of NATO They prepare operational plans to isolate the territory.
The diplomatic mission indicated that the administration of Vladimir Putin contemplates the execution of “preventive attacks” against decision-making centers in Europe in case the threat materializes.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskovratified the position at a press conference this Wednesday, pointing out that the military response to an attempt to isolate Russian sovereign territory is expressly contemplated in the country’s defense doctrines and legislation.
