This is just one of the ways the RotaryClub of Dominica has supported education of the youth in Dominica. We have long supported the community through a range of service projects including Grotto lunch every year during the Creole season and continue to bring cheer to the Dominica Infirmary every Christmas morning. Our community service projects would not be possible without the patrons who attend our annual fundraiser at Carnival time – Souse ‘n Punch.
Also, we could not have done it without the assistance of corporate sponsors. We extend our gratitude to our gold sponsors: National Co-operative Credit Union and the Insurance Company of the West Indies (ICWI), silver sponsors: Central Co-operative Credit Union and our Bronze sponsors National Bank of Dominica and the Dominica Broadcasting Corporation (DBS Radio – who carried the competition live).
Rotary members throughout the world take action to make communities better. They contribute their time, energy, and passion to carry out meaningful and sustainable projects that promote peace, fight disease, provide clean water, help mothers and children, support education, grow local economies and protect the environment.
