A protester described Prime Minister Edi Rama as “the criminal of concreting”, as he spoke in front of his office, where the 27th protest for the resignation of the head of the government is taking place today.
He stated that he had carried out an exhibition on concreting 25 years ago, and that, according to him, subsequent developments in Tirana have confirmed the concerns raised by him.
“I made an exhibition on the concreting of Albania in 2001 and I predicted the concreting mafia”said the citizen, while severely criticizing the way of urban development in the capital by Prime Minister Rama.
According to him, when Rama was the mayor of Tirana, he built buildings in the areas dedicated to children, even asking the builders for 20%.
“Remember that they accused him of being the “Lord of the 20%”. With this 20%, he collected millions by destroying Tirana and with them he bought the SP”, he said.
Citizen: I made an exhibition on the concreting of Albania in 2001 and I predicted the concreting mafia. I may have been the first to talk about concreting, because I knew, I knew the character, that this type of swindler would attack where the money was and where there was a chance that he would not be caught legally.
He immediately started building. Do you remember that the first thing he did is that he occupied all the public spaces that were from the time of the dictatorship, they were really big inside the palaces.
He built palaces in children’s areas. The first crime. And there he asked the builders for 20%. Do you remember that they accused him of being “God 20%”. With this 20%, he collected millions by destroying Tirana and bought the SP with them. This is another criminal act. This man has made this city terrible to this day. Urban planning is today the biggest social bomb for a country. This is the criminal of concreting Tirana, together with the other one, who said everyone should come to Tirana, because he needs people to steal as much as possible.
