The Public Security Directorate, through its various formations and units operating in the border posts, continued to provide its security, humanitarian and community services to the pilgrims of the Holy House of God returning to the homeland from the Holy Land, both Jordanians and Arab brothers.
From the moment of their arrival at the border posts, the staff of the Public Security Directorate began receiving the pilgrims and providing them with the necessary support, in conjunction with the continued arrival of groups of pilgrims successively, as part of procedures aimed at facilitating their crossing and completing their transactions with ease and ease.
The Directorate of Public Security, through the Residency and Borders Department and in coordination with all concerned authorities, worked to simplify procedures for pilgrims and provide the highest levels of integration between the agencies working at the border centers, thus reducing time and effort for them and ensuring the smooth flow of movement during their return.
External patrols also continued to accompany convoys of Arab pilgrims on foreign roads and secure their path from the time they entered Jordanian territory until they reached the border crossings towards their destinations, in addition to securing rest points and providing support and assistance services along the roads within an integrated security work system.
In the same context, the Bridge Security Administration took a number of organizational measures with the beginning of the influx of Palestinian pilgrims returning to the Palestinian territories, where the necessary plans were implemented to facilitate their crossing and provide various means of comfort for them, ensuring the smooth flow of movement and the speedy completion of procedures.
Civil Defense cadres also continued to provide ambulance services when necessary, and to be present in the field to deal with cases that need immediate health care, especially among the elderly and patients.
The Directorate of Public Security had completed the necessary arrangements to receive the pilgrims, and increased the readiness of the border posts and the numbers of manpower working in them in various formations, in order to serve the pilgrims of the Holy House of God, and to ensure the provision of the best levels of care from the moment of their arrival to the homeland.
