Wilaya of Auserd, April 10, 2026 (SPS) – The President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, received the Tanzanian delegation participating in the celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of the proclamation of the Sahrawi Republic.
The Tanzanian delegation is headed by Ms. Asha-Rose Migiro, Secretary-General of the ruling party in Tanzania, Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM). During the meeting, the latest developments regarding the Sahrawi cause, as well as issues of mutual interest, were reviewed.
President Brahim Ghali expressed his gratitude to Tanzania—both its government and people—under the leadership of President Samia Suluhu Hassan, for its principled positions in support of the just Sahrawi cause.
The meeting was attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and African Affairs, Mohamed Yeslem Beisat.
