PNL issues a firm political warning to the address P.S.Damid the tensions generated by the government crisis in recent weeks. The liberals ask the social democrats to urgently come up with a concrete solution to unblock the situation, otherwise, they will take a step back and let other formations take the initiative.
The message was sent on Monday, May 25, by the leader of the deputies PNL, Gabriel Andronachein a public intervention.
Growing tensions in the coalition after the fall of the Government
Gabriel Andronache harshly criticized the attitude of the social democrats, accusing the lack of a proposal to get out of the governmental impasse.
“P.S.D it’s as if he completely forgot about the political crisis he triggered. It’s been almost three weeks since the PSD toppled the current Government and has no concern to come up with a solution for Romania,” Andronache wrote on Facebook.
Call for quick decision and political pressure on PSD
In the same line, PNL accuses PSD of acting decisively for the removal of the executive, but avoids assuming responsibility in the next stage, that of political reconstruction. The Liberals demand a clear position as soon as possible and warn that the lack of a solution will lead to a change of attitude on their part.
Gabriel Andronache also emphasized the speed with which the process of dismissing the Government was completed, compared to the current deadlock in negotiations.
“So, the PSD moved very quickly when it came to destroying something, but the same PSD is not at all interested when it comes to putting something in place. We give an ultimatum to the PSD to come this week with a solution to the political crisis. If it can’t, then step aside and let others look for a solution to what the PSD has ruined,” said the liberal parliamentarian.
