Sixty-seven (67) year old Alcid Simon of Portsmouth was transported via ambulance from the Reginald Fitzroy Armour Hospital to the A&E Department of the DCFH on the evening of Saturday 25th July, 2026, after complaining of being beaten in Portsmouth sometime on Friday 24th July 2026.
Later that same Saturday evening Alcid Simon was examined and pronounced dead at the DCFH by a doctor.
His body was taken to a funeral home pending an autopsy.
The CDPF continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of Alcid Simon.

The CDPF extends condolences to the loved ones of the deceased.
