
Police have revealed the identity of a foreign national who was found in an unresponsive state with what appeared to be gunshot wounds, in a motor vehicle, in the Ti-Bay area in Portsmouth on Sunday 14 th June 2026.
According to reports from Police Public Relations Officer (PRO) ASP (Ag) Fixton Henderson, the man has been identified as 45-year-old Joshwin Carlice Morgan who resided at Ti-Bay.
He said officers of the Portsmouth Police Station responded to a suspected homicide at Ti Bay in Portsmouth at about 8:10 p.m.
Morgan was transported to the Fitzroy Armour Hospital in Portsmouth where he was examined and pronounced dead by a medical doctor that same evening. The body is being kept at a funeral home pending an autopsy.
The investigation is ongoing.
