According to JamJam reporter, at 4:00 AM on the 27th of Khordad, one of the officers of Abu Dhar police station stationed at a hospital in the south of Tehran informed the homicide investigator of the Tehran Criminal Prosecutor’s Office that a 31-year-old boy was taken to the hospital after being stabbed in the heart but died. With the judicial order, the investigation of the case was put on the agenda of the officers of the 10th Directorate of Tehran Intelligence Police. During the investigation, it was found that this conflict happened in front of a young girl’s house. The officers were sent there, and it turned out that the accused and his brother had planned to escape from the town, but they were thwarted by the people, and both of them were arrested when the police officers arrived. The two accused were taken to the 10th Department of the Tehran Intelligence Police, and Farshid, the accused, confessed to the murder and said: “Four years ago, I met a young girl in the garden near our house.” Little by little we became interested in each other and our relationship was formed. During this time, my family also knew about the story of this interest. I wanted to propose to him soon and get married, but everything suddenly went wrong. He left incompatibility and was not willing to marry me and even continue this friendship. I wanted to forget him forever. Because he had gambled away four years of my life and I couldn’t bear to hear his negative answer, I kept chasing him to find out the reason for his change in behavior. Finally, I found out that she was in a relationship with an internet driver. I went to the young girl and asked about it, but she did not answer correctly and kept avoiding. Finally, he said that I should stop disturbing him and have nothing to do with his and the young man’s life. After that, I found my love rival’s phone and called him, but he didn’t answer properly until I made an appointment with him in front of that girl’s house by force and threat, and he came there at midnight. We talked together. He said I should get out of his way and I said you should get out of my way. The accused continued with the murder: “We were not short and we were glavised together.” Our fight escalated. I talked to my brother on the phone and asked for help, and he came and got into a fight. I took out a knife from my pocket to scare my love rival to leave but the knife hit his heart. He died in the hospital and my brother and I were arrested. The brother accused of murder also confirmed his statements and said that he was in a fight, but his brother gave the fatal blow to that young man. Also, the young girl who was the perpetrator of this romantic crime was summoned to the intelligence police of the capital city of Tehran and said: I agree that I was interested in the murder accused before and I wanted to marry him, but over time I realized that he is a rebellious person, he constantly quarrels and conflicts with others, commits wrongdoings and almost defiled me with his wrongdoings. A few months ago, I met the Internet driver. I happened to be his passenger a few times, and this gradually formed the scope of our relationship and friendship, which continued. He added: I didn’t know that the two of them had arranged a fight in front of our house. On the night of the incident, I came out of the house after hearing a noise and saw that they were fighting. I could not separate them. I begged them to put an end to this fight, but they did not pay attention, and in the end, due to the intensity of the conflict, he killed his love rival. He made himself miserable and took the life of that young man because of his love for me.
Salar Sanatgar, the investigator of the third branch of the Tehran Criminal Prosecutor’s Office, confirmed this news and told JamJam: The young man is in custody on charges of murder and his brother on charges of participating in the fight that led to the murder, and the investigation is ongoing.
