“Not in my name” even in Tirana, Albanian fans defend the KLA

The Albanian national team has started the adventure in League C of the League of Nations with a victory, triumphing cleanly 2-0 against Belarus.
Besides the victory, great attention was paid to the atmosphere on the stadium steps, where the red and black fans openly defended the former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
In the stands filled with national flags, fans unfurled the banner with the now well-known slogan “Not in my name”, as a sign of protest and revolt against the September 16 conviction by the Specialized Chambers in The Hague against four former KLA leaders.
During the 90 minutes of the meeting, there were also continuous and unanimous calls in the chorus “UÇK, UÇK”.
This victory gives Albania the first three points in this group, which also includes Finland and San Marino.
