The National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced yesterday that it had won the case filed by Itrak in the state of Curaçao.
On April 28, the Court of Appeal in the state of Curaçao issued its ruling rejecting the appeal filed by Itrak against the Libyan state and the shareholders of Oil Investments Company (LIA, NOC, LFB) and upholding the initial ruling.
The NOC said this results in the continued lifting of the seizure on the shares of the Libyan parties, including the National Oil Corporation, in Oil Investments Company, which was based on the initial ruling.
