The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MVP) has announced a public advertisement for the services of renting vehicles with a professional driver and organization of transfers, the estimated value of which is 20,000 euros, writes Portal TVE.
The subject of the procurement includes the daily rental of a vehicle with a driver in the territory of Montenegro for up to five and up to ten hours. The offer includes business vehicles for up to three passengers, as well as vehicles with a capacity of four to seven passengers.
The advertisement, published on the Montenegrin Electronic Public Procurement website, also provides for the rental of tourist minibuses with up to 20 passengers, as well as buses with up to 50 passengers. Special technical conditions are prescribed for these vehicles, including an air-conditioned passenger compartment with separate heating, cooling and ventilation systems, a sound system with a microphone for the driver, as well as USB ports and sockets for charging electronic devices.
The public procurement includes the organization of transfers from Podgorica to the airports in Tirana, Dubrovnik (Ćilipa) and Tivat, as well as transfers on the territory of Podgorica for different categories of vehicles.
Items related to the surcharge for each additional hour of using a vehicle with a driver, for all types of means of transport covered by the tender, are also foreseen.
As stated in the documentation, the customer is not able to predict the necessary quantities of services in advance, which is why the procurement will be carried out according to the individual prices offered, until the estimated value of the contract is reached.
