The Ministry of Defense reported that military personnel who voluntarily left the unit before June 12, 2026, can return to service until September 20, 2026 under a new procedure – without reserve battalions and with the opportunity to independently choose a unit from the list.

Details: It is noted that the easiest way to submit such a report is through the “Army+” application.

    Advertising:

In the application, you can: select a new unit from the list; indicate the desired direction of service and your experience; to receive support for enrollment in a new part.

After approval of the report, the status “On the way” will appear in “Army+”. He confirms that the soldier is voluntarily returning to duty and gives 5 days to arrive at the new unit.

You can also apply: directly to the selected military unit; through the 1st Ground Forces Recruiting Center of the Armed Forces or the 2nd Airborne Assault Forces Recruiting Center – for servicemen of the Armed Forces.

Currently, the program is available for servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and DSST. For military NGUs, the opportunity to submit a report to “Army+” will be available in the coming days.

The Ministry of Defense noted that the program is valid for 100 days – until September 20, 2026 inclusive.

You can read more about the terms of the program on the website: szch.army.gov.ua.

    Prehistory:

    • On June 12, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi reportedthat Ukraine has the resources to increase payments in the army, so the government will approve a specific mechanism and the first new payments will begin to be paid already in June.

    • It is planned that the average salary of an infantryman will be UAH 300,000 per month, with a maximum of UAH 460,000. The minimum salary in the rear is increasing from UAH 20,000 to UAH 30,000.
