He assessed that it was the clearest message from official Berlin so far.
“Montenegro is practically ready for membership in the European Union. The goal is within reach, with dedicated work, results and responsibility, we will become the 28th member of the EU by 2028,” he pointed out.
He thanked Merc, stressing – “it’s time to finish the European business”.
