As reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) on Thursday, Lithuanian Head of Diplomacy Kęstutis Budrys, Swedish Infrastructure Development Minister Andreas Carlson, Estonian Infrastructure Development Minister Kuldar Leis and Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister Oleksijus Kuleba signed a joint declaration regarding the first contributions to this fund at the Ukraine Reconstruction Conference in Gdansk.
