Lieutenant General Saïd Chengriha, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defense and Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, supervised on Wednesday the official installation of Major General Hamid Fakkan, Head of the Department of Employment and Preparation of the Army Staff, succeeding Major General Belkacem Hasnat.
It came in word For the first team, by the way: “In the name of Mr. President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defense, I officially appoint Major General Hamid and he was Head of the Department of Employment and Preparation of the Staff of the People’s National Army, succeeding Major General Belkacem Hasnat.”
He added: “Therefore, I order you to work under his authority, obey his orders, and carry out his instructions in accordance with what is dictated in the interest of service.
