After two weekends at the Coachella festival, Kylie Jenner returned to Los Angeles to face serious legal problems.
According to information published by TMZ, the influencer and businesswoman was sued by one of his former employees, who accuses her of workplace discrimination and harassment.
The complaint was filed by a woman named Angélica Vázquez, who claims to have worked for the youngest of the Kardashians in at least two of her residences, where she was under the supervision of other staff members.

According to his statements, the work environment was hostile from the beginning. He even claims to have been victim of ridicule, exclusion and even offensive comments and even for his orSalvadoran government and its Catholic beliefs.
Vázquez also maintained that she was assigned the heaviest tasks and that she was constantly reprimanded for no apparent reason.
The woman revealed that, as a result of these acts, she suffered several health problems, anxiety and post-traumatic stressso he decided to resign in August 2025.
The lawsuit includes claims for unpaid wages, emotional distress and other damages, as well as seeking punitive damages.
Although the accusations do not point directly to Kylie, they do include her as a defendant for her role as an employer and for the alleged lack of response to their internal complaints.
For their part, sources close to the businesswoman’s environment told TMZ that the former employee had work problems, including lack of attendance, a version that contrasts with what is stated in the lawsuit.
The case remains in process in Los Angeles courts.
