Muscat: A Kerala expatriate living in Oman has won Dh25,000 in the latest Big Ticket weekly e-draw held in Abu Dhabi.
Kamaludeen Anvarsha, 45, who has been residing in Oman for more than two decades, secured the prize in the final weekly draw of June. A regular participant in the lottery for the past two years, he said the winnings would help him meet financial commitments, including clearing outstanding debts.
Despite the win, Anvarsha plans to continue participating in future draws in the hope of landing a larger prize.
The Big Ticket promotion has now moved into its July campaign, with the next major draw scheduled for August 3, when a grand prize of Dh20 million will be awarded.
