While the charges against Vedran Pavleka – the fugitive former leader of the Croatian Skiing Association (HSS), around whom “the hoop is tightening” for the second time – known, about how he will express himself about them when and if he is arrested, one can only guess. However, it was not known until now that Pavlek had already partially presented his statement about the accusations to the prosecutor’s office, by sending it from abroad through a Zagreb lawyer about a month before the action of USKOK and the police began.
