A number of regulations, memorandums of understanding and cooperation programs were published in the Official Gazette on Thursday.
The Official Gazette included regulations related to vehicle licensing and license plates.
The issue included an amended system for the vehicle registration and licensing system, an amended system for the driver’s license fees system, vehicle registration and licensing system, and an amended system for the vehicle plate system.
It also included the administrative organization system for the Ministry of Youth, the administrative organization system for the Ministry of Culture, in addition to an amended system for the investment environment regulation system.
Within the framework of Jordanian-Lebanese cooperation, a set of agreements, memorandums of understanding and executive programs were published covering the fields of youth, industry, investment, social security, energy, environment, digital transformation, transportation, public administration, social development, tourism, vocational training, education and media.
The most prominent of which is the executive program of the cooperation agreement in the field of youth for the years 2026-2030, and memorandums of understanding in the areas of encouraging and protecting investment, exchanging tax expertise, energy, electricity, natural gas, renewable energy, environmental protection, digital transformation and information technology, in addition to cooperation in the fields of roads, bridges, housing and tenders.
The issue also included executive programs for industrial cooperation, consumer protection, social development, tourism cooperation, vocational training, and educational cooperation, in addition to a joint cooperation program between the Jordan News Agency (Petra) and the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA).
The issue also included instructions for civil defense volunteers for the year 2026, amended instructions for registering, manufacturing, preparing, importing, trading and circulating pesticides, and an announcement granting preliminary approval to protect new plant varieties.
The issue also contained announcements and decisions related to ministerial agencies, councils, property ownership, municipal affairs, claims, collective labor contracts, and decisions of the Security Affairs Committee at the General Organization for Social Security, in addition to a special appendix for announcements from the Companies Control Department.
