Through the Anouar Invest Academy, the Group confirms its conviction that the development of human capital constitutes a structuring investment.
Programs: The Anouar Invest Group has initiated a structured skills development approach in order to strengthen the performance, governance and competitiveness of its activities, in a context of accelerated industrial transformation and profound evolution of value creation models.
This ambition is supported by the Anouar Invest Academy, launched following a strategic partnership signed on February 24, 2025, under the aegis of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, with reference academic institutions under its supervision, namely ISCAE, ESITH, École Centrale de Casablanca and École des arts et métiers, indicates a press release from the Group.
Beyond the signing of agreements, this initiative results in the concrete implementation of structured training courses, designed in co-construction with academic partners and aligned with the industrial, technological and managerial priorities of the Group, reports the same source. From 2025, several training cycles have been deployed, covering key themes such as leadership, strategic management, digital transformation, advanced supply chain, industry 4.0, data science and artificial intelligence. These programs concerned the Group’s managers, executives, technicians and strategic functions, with an approach focused on operational impact, performance and industrial excellence. The Academy aims in particular to prepare young talents to gradually take on more responsibilities, thus ensuring continuity and renewal of skills within the Group, in accordance with the objective defined by its president. Specialized training also targets industrial professions, purchasing, logistics and human resources functions, integrating innovation, digitalization and operational excellence.
This partnership resulted in the establishment of a certifying training course intended for the managers of the Anouar Invest Group (DG, DGA, DGD and directors). This program, which will be deployed over a year starting in 2026, is structured around several modules taught by leading institutions.
For ISCAE, these are modules devoted to strategy, management and digital, while for the School of Arts and Crafts, these are modules relating to industrial technical themes.
For the École Centrale de Casablanca, these are specialized modules in industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence, while for ESITH, these are modules dedicated to strategic and responsible purchasing, logistics, supply chain and document management.
Intended for managers, this program aims to strengthen their strategic, managerial and technical skills through high-level training covering in particular strategy, leadership, digital transformation, supply chain, industry 4.0, data science and artificial intelligence. In addition, certification training at License level will be offered to a group of 20 Bac+2 technicians from all subsidiaries. This program aims to strengthen their industrial and qualitative skills through practical modules covering HSE, production, quality, TPM, soft skills and operational excellence. Through the Anouar Invest Academy, the Group confirms its conviction that the development of human capital constitutes a structuring investment, essential to support industrial change, strengthen competitiveness and support responsible and sustainable growth.
