    The ruler of the Kremlin, Volodymyr Putin, said that he had read the open letter of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, and “does not see the point in holding the meeting.”

    Details: He stated that he “still does not see the point” in the meeting. He called the letter “with elements of rudeness” and that “creates obstacles for a possible meeting.”
