The Real Madrid dressing room has become a very tense place recently, after it was revealed that two fights between team players took place within two days.
However, star striker Kylian Mbappe seems unfazed by the incidents that occurred during the day.
After Fede Valverde and Aurelien Tchouameni “came close to a physical altercation” during training on Wednesday, a second altercation broke out on Thursday. This incident was much more serious and ended with Valverde being taken to the hospital to have stitches for a cut he suffered during the altercation.
Following these events, a team meeting was held with general manager Jose Angel Sanchez in an attempt to ease tensions in the dressing room.
After the end of training, all Real Madrid players were kept at the training center in Valdebebas, while Valverde returned to attend the meeting.
The situation has not been helped by some footage that has emerged from Valdebebas. After the team meeting, Mbappe was filmed by El Chiringuito driving away from the training ground, while he was seen laughing loudly.
and while this may not be directly related to the incident, it is the second time in a few days that the way Mbappe’s image is being managed has been called into question.
