This practice is recurring. Wanting to bring order to this disorder which has lasted too long, on August 28, 2020, Me Monferrier Dorval, president of the Bar Association of Port-au-Prince, was assassinated in the capital. Following this assassination, certain legal professionals, challenged by their conscience, on the airwaves of National Television, questioned the competence of certain of their “brothers/colleagues”, demanding that they say who their classmates were. The country, according to what is said, is infested with it.
