The Prime Minister, Alix Didier Fils-Aimé, proceeded, on Friday, June 5, 2026, to the official unveiling of a commemorative postage stamp celebrating the qualification of the Haitian football selection for the 2026 World Cup.
The ceremony took place in the presence of members of the government, representatives of public institutions as well as the former player of the hated selection
