Alongside the recruitment of 650 military candidates awaiting their training, the Armed Forces of Haiti (FAd’H) have launched a new recruitment process aimed, this time, at enlisting a thousand officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers, the Commander-in-Chief of the FAd’H, General Derby Guerrier, told Le Nouvelliste on Thursday.
