The Amwaj Islands Owners Union, headed by Representative Ahmed Sabah Al Salloum, organized the signing ceremony of the Document of Pledge and Loyalty to the shrine of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the country, with the participation of members of the Board of Directors, members of the Union and a number of people of the region.
The occasion embodied the highest meanings of national cohesion and steadfast loyalty to the wise leadership, as the participants affirmed that the renewal of the covenant and loyalty comes as an extension of the values of loyalty and belonging that the people of Bahrain were raised on, and a consolidation of the close relationship that unites the leadership with its loyal people, which has always formed a role model for solidarity and national unity.
Representative Ahmed Sabah Al-Saloum, President of the Amwaj Islands Owners Union, stressed that the signing of the Document of Covenant and Loyalty expresses genuine and sincere feelings towards the nation and its wise leadership, and embodies the appreciation and pride that the people of Bahrain have for the national gains that have been achieved in light of the comprehensive development process under the leadership of His Majesty the King.
He said: This national occasion reflects the extent of cohesion between the people of Bahraini society and their wise leadership, and confirms that loyalty to the homeland and leadership will remain a consistent approach passed down from generation to generation, pointing out that Bahrain has been able, thanks to the visions of its wise leadership, to achieve outstanding development and civilizational achievements that have strengthened its position at various levels.
The event witnessed a distinctive national atmosphere, including segments of the Bahraini Ardha, which reflected the authenticity of the national heritage, in addition to various programs and segments targeting different age groups, amid wide participation that reflected the great interaction with this national initiative.
The participants stressed that the Document of Covenant and Loyalty is not just a signature, but rather a sincere expression of the feelings of loyalty and belonging rooted in the souls of the people of Bahrain, and a renewal of the pledge to follow the wise leadership and work for the elevation of the nation, preserve its gains, and maintain its security and stability.
They pointed out that the Kingdom of Bahrain has demonstrated through various stages its ability to strengthen its national unity thanks to the cohesion it enjoys between the leadership and the people, stressing that this national spirit will remain a source of strength for the Kingdom in continuing its path towards further progress and prosperity.
