The Division of Culture in the Ministry of Tourism, the Creative Economy and Culture announces the official launch of the Grenada Festival of the Arts 2026 — a national event celebrating the creativity and talent of students across Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique.
The launch is scheduled for Tuesday, 28 April 2026, at 10 am at the VIP Conference Room, Kirani James Athletic Stadium, Section B.
It will outline key details of the festival, including its structure, categories, and schedule of activities, while engaging key stakeholders from the education and cultural sectors.
Representatives from schools, government agencies, and the wider creative community are expected to attend.
The Grenada Festival of the Arts provides an inclusive platform for schools throughout the tri-island state to showcase their talent across a wide range of artistic disciplines, including music, dance, drama, theatre arts, speech, and literary arts.
The festival continues to play a vital role in nurturing young talent, promoting cultural expression, and strengthening national identity through the arts.
The Division of Culture invites the public to attend and support this important national initiative.
