KUWAIT: HH the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Thursday congratulated Kuwait’s top Grade 12 students for the 2025-2026 academic year and praised the education ministry for successfully administering this year’s paper-based final examinations. In separate cables, HH the Amir congratulated the highest-achieving Kuwaiti and non-Kuwaiti students in the scientific and literary streams, as well as religious and special education, commending their academic excellence, perseverance and the support of their families. He wished them continued success in their studies.
HH the Amir also thanked Education Minister Jalal Al-Tabtabaei for the ministry’s successful exam plan, praising education officials and staff for their preparation and proactive measures that ensured the examinations proceeded smoothly. HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and HH the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent similar cables to the students and minister.

Later, Al-Tabtabaei honored about 120 outstanding Grade 12 students from general, religious and special education at a ceremony held at the ministry. He congratulated the students, saying they had made Kuwait, their families and the ministry proud, and thanked HH the Amir, HH the Crown Prince and HH the Prime Minister for their continued support of education. The minister honored the three top Kuwaiti students in the scientific stream, who all scored a perfect 100 percent: Taiba Al-Hajri, Ghalia Al-Azmi and Moudhi Al-Dosari. — KUNA
