This Tuesday, Delcy Rodríguez will be present at the General Assembly of the United Nations Organization in what will be her first appearance as acting president of the Republic, but not the first at the head of said organization. His presence has generated a lot of expectations in relation to what he is going to deliver in his speech, but also because of what has been the historical presence of Chavismo in this type of events.
The history of Chavismo in the UN has been, to say the least, iconic, with some of the most bizarre moments in the history of said scenario, which has seen both Hugo Chávez and Nicolás Maduro star in some of the most controversial and memorable situations in the country’s foreign policy.
