Fetai has signed off from the Government, he can “sign up” from Brussels

The public also did not understand whether Fetai had already resigned from his post or whether the prime minister would fire him during the reconstruction, and until then he would be on the government’s payroll. In response to these questions of “Sloboden Pechat”, the Government reiterated that the Government is functioning smoothly and at full capacity.

Although the Vice Prime Minister for Good Governance Arben Fetai has not come to work for a month and has gone to his family in Brussels, the public officially received confirmation of this from Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski yesterday. The government, on the other hand, is still silent on whether Fetai will receive a salary even though he did not go to work, nor whether the vice prime minister’s chair and his duties will wait until the reconstruction of the government, announced by the prime minister for the end of May or the beginning of June.

    – Regarding your question, we inform you that – yes, it is true that the Prime Minister said that in the future Fetai will not be seen in the composition of this Government. As a collective body, the Government functions smoothly and at full capacity. And as for the questions related to work engagement, we direct you to address them directly to Arben Fetai – says the Government.

Fetai does not respond to phone calls and messages either.
“Sloboden Pechat” wrote that Fetai did not attend government meetings for a month and that he informed the prime minister about this. Mickoski confirmed that in a conversation he had with Fetai a few weeks ago, he informed him that he plans to return to Brussels, where he has previous professional experience.

    – He said that he will return to Brussels considering his education and experience in Brussels institutions. I think it would be a good opportunity to be some kind of special deputy within the European Parliament, of the Brussels administration. I still think about those circumstances. He told me that in the future he plans to return to Brussels, continue his professional life and make himself available if he can help. We agreed that the Government and the state should use his experience, education and work there – said Mickoski in a guest appearance on Sitel.

Fetai not only logged out from the Government, he also “logged out” from social networks. His last post on Facebook was on March 17 with a reaction to a television station, while the last post with activity from the Government was on February 18.
