The Ethics Commission Parliamentarian of the Chamber of Deputies will meet this Monday, September 28, to address four issues included in the agenda of its fourth ordinary session of the 2026-2027 annual session period. The meeting is scheduled for 4 p.m. in room 2 “Fabiola Salazar Leguía”.

The agenda includes the review of two ex officio complaints for alleged violation of parliamentary ethics. One of them corresponds to the deputy Julián Luis Pérez Mallqui and the other to the deputy Catherin Norma Palomino Casavilca.
The commission also plans to address the File Qualification Report 004-2026-2027/CEP-CDfollowed against the deputy Milagros Karina Santana Vera.
The fourth point on the agenda includes a hearing corresponding to File 001-2026-2027/CEP-CDfollowed against the deputy Julián Luis Pérez Mallqui.
The session corresponds to the fourth ordinary meeting of the Parliamentary Ethics Commission during the first ordinary legislature of the 2026-2027 annual session period. The agenda establishes as previous points the verification of the quorum, the opening of the session and the approval of the minutes of the third ordinary session, held on September 14.
Subsequently, the work group will develop the dispatch, reports and ordering stages before entering the agendawhere the four issues related to the aforementioned parliamentarians are found.
The Parliamentary Ethics Commission of the Chamber of Deputies has among its functions the analysis of cases linked to the conduct of legislators. In a previous session, the working group also addressed files related to deputies Christian Aranda and Milagros Santana.
