PARAMARIBO — Inter Wanica has finally recorded its first victory in the current Suriname Major League. In the Franklin Essed Stadium, the match seemed to end in a draw for a long time, but in injury time it was Babyaro Eduards who fired his team past Flora; 2-1.
Earlier in the match, Gino MacDonald had already scored for Inter Wanica and Ignasio Pinas for Flora. Both teams started the game cautiously, although Flora had a slight advantage in the opening phase. However, great opportunities remained few and far between.
