The expectation is not less. Colombian e-commerce continues to grow at double digits and more and more consumers make their purchases from mobile devices. According to recent figures from the Colombian Chamber of Electronic Commerce, during 2025 the country reached more than 684 million digital transactions and sales of more than 145 billion pesos, consolidating one of the best years for the digital industry.
Furthermore, in the first quarter of 2026, online transactions grew more than 22% compared to the same period of the previous year, demonstrating that the Colombian consumer is buying more online and actively participating in discount events.
Industry experts assure that during commercial days such as Black Friday, Web traffic can increase by 40% to 70%, especially at night and from cell phones, where a large part of digital purchases are currently concentrated.
For this reason, brands are already fine-tuning logistics, advertising and digital servers strategies to support the increase in visitors expected between June 5 and 7, 2026, dates on which Black Friday Colombia 2026 will officially take place.
