Details of the hellish torture of 2 sisters

Jamjam had a conversation with the mother of two sisters, in which she asked the judiciary to agree to her children’s custody request and said: I am ready to give my life for the comfort of my two daughters. I thank the Kurdistan judiciary for handling this case. The culprits of this tragic incident should be punished for their actions as soon as possible. In the following, you will read Jam Jam’s conversation with this mother.
Did you ever imagine that one day you would find out that the girls’ father would treat them like this?
No, never. Because he was very kind and loved our girls, but I don’t know why he did such a bad thing to them.
How did you meet the children’s father?
We were also from the village and that is why we got married. We got married 15 years ago. I was 17 years old and my ex-wife was 22 years old, and at that time she was a service worker in one of the government offices, but after the separation, I don’t know where she worked. We lived together for 13 years.
When you were still not separated, how was his behavior?
He was very kind and kind at that time. He never raised a hand on me and always paid for the house. By the way, when the girls were born, he loved them and loved them very much.
Why did your life end in separation?
For some time, his head was constantly on the phone and he seemed to feel uncomfortable at home. He didn’t talk to us at all. I had doubted his behavior and told my husband that you are with someone, but he did not go under the burden and said that I am not with anyone, but in 1402 he married a neighbor woman whom I knew. This woman is 40 years old, she has two twin sons and her husband is also deceased.
Did you separate from your wife after marriage?
I was not satisfied with the divorce and I did not want to divorce at all. I said that I will stay with the children and buy a house for us, but he did not give me the children and gave me 250 million tomans as a dowry instead.
Did no one grow a white beard to solve the problem between you and your husband?
Why did my family and his family try, but he didn’t give in and didn’t listen to anyone. He refused to leave that woman and married her.
Didn’t you try to get custody of the children?
I asked for custody twice, I wanted to have temporary visitation with the children two or three times, but it was not possible. He had threatened the children not to come to me.
Why didn’t you want the children to be with you?
I don’t know, he threatened them not to come to me.
Didn’t the guys try to call you?
Why and they told me that they were mistreated by their father and stepmother. I told this to the judge, but their father said that I am lying and it is not so.
Why is Narin’s jaw crooked and swollen?
His father kicked him in the face.
Why is his hair falling out and the bottom of his head injured?
Both my daughters were imprisoned in the bathroom for a month. Both are badly beaten.
Who beat them? Stepmother or their father?
their father He pulled her hair and hit her head with a hose so much that her skin was torn off.
Who noticed the condition of the children?
Neighbors had seen the children trapped in the bathroom and then called the police and social emergency. I was also contacted by the social emergency and I found out about this.
    Was your ex-husband an addict?
No, he did not use any drugs.
They say that you are afraid of him because you say that he was kind to you when he was alive?
No, I have no fear of him. She was a good and kind wife and loved the children too, but I don’t know why she tortured them and tortured Narin more.
What is your request from the judiciary?
I want everything that he has done to my children to be done to him and the stepmother. Torture and execute both of them. I want execution. I want him to be fired even from his job. The prosecutor is also pursuing the case of my daughters.

    Father’s arrest, mother’s summons
Hojat-ul-Islam Hosseini, Chief Justice of Kurdistan province, said about this case: After receiving public reports of child abuse in one of the areas of Sanandaj city and with the issuance of a judicial order, two girls aged seven and 15 were removed from the bathroom of a house by social emergency experts. Initial investigations showed that the effects of severe injuries and fractures were evident in different parts of the body of these two children, and for this reason, they were taken to Kausar Sanandaj Hospital for treatment. Medical examinations have been done on these two children and the prosecutor of the provincial capital has also been ordered to take the necessary legal measures as soon as possible by attending Kausar Sanandaj Hospital.
Referring to the judicial process of this case, Hosseini clarified: necessary judicial orders have been issued to the prosecutor of the provincial capital and a case has been filed for the accused in the provincial capital prosecutor’s office. One of the defendants in this case is the children’s father, who has been sent to prison on charges of child abuse. The other defendant, the stepmother of these two children, has been summoned to Sanandaj court on the charge of participating in child abuse.
Also, considering the living conditions of the two abused children, the Governor of Kurdistan, in a supportive measure, donated an apartment unit to the two affected girls of Sanandji and by issuing an order to provide household goods, provided the basis for them to start a new life with their mother. Arash Zeretan Lehoni also ordered the full supply of essential household items for this family to provide the necessary conditions for their accommodation, well-being and peace.
The governor of Kurdistan emphasized the need to support children and injured women and said: providing suitable conditions for these two sisters to live with their mother is a step towards reducing social harm and supporting the needy.
