The dangerous driver of a “scrambler-style” electric motorbike claimed during his trial that a garda car “intentionally and recklessly” rammed him off the bike.
Anthony Fleming (20) lost control of the bike and fell off after he performed a sharp U-turn “without warning” in front of the oncoming garda car, a court heard.
