The legal situation of D4vd adds a new chapter. After being formally accused of the death of Celeste Rivas, the rapper was already transferred to federal prison from Los Angeles.
According to information published by TMZ, around 10:00 p.m. this Monday, he was taken to the Los Angeles County Men’s Central Jailwhere will remain under isolation conditions
The measure, explained the American portal, responds to its status of “notable inmate”which means that he will spend most of his time separated from the rest of the inmates.

The singer was arrested on April 16 by the murder of a 15 year old girl. He was held at the Los Angeles Police Department station without bail.
This Monday afternoon, prosecutor Nathan Hochman formalized the charges against himwhich include first degree murder cUnder special circumstances, mutilation of a body, lascivious acts with a minor and stalking, among others.
The case dates back to September 2025, when the Rivas’s remains were found inside a Teslaowned by the rapper. However, and according to the prosecution’s version, the murder would have occurred at least five months earlier (in April of that year).
During his first appearance, D4vd pleaded not guilty to and requested to immediately move forward to a preliminary hearing.
