COSMUS HACKSHAW peppered Victors Two’s bowling to all part of the Arnos Vale One Playing Field on Sunday September 6, to register 214 for Bequia in the First Division segment of the 2026 SVG Cricket Association Inc. 50 over competition.
The left- handed Hackshaw’s knock along with that of Macadera De Roche, 59, and Joseph Francis, 32, saw Bequia posting a mammoth 389 for 5 from 36 overs. Jaden Cordice had 4 for 57, in between the carnage.
Victors Two were 55 for 5 in 14.4 overs when rain ended the contest.
But in another First Division fixture, Prime Consulting Marriaqua, defeated Super Sixers by 68 runs at the Sion Hill Playing Field.
Marriaqua made 134 for 7 in 21.5 overs. Kimon John scored 35, and Kemron Wiliams 28.
Donaldson Harry picked up 2 wickets for 18 runs; Shawn Bacchus had 2 for 28; and Lindon Lewis scalped 2 for 46, bowling for Super Sixers, who were then dismissed for 68. Tyrese Francis 3 for 23; Keron Williams 2 for 3; and Kevin Glasgow 2 for 33; combined to dismantle Super Sixers.
In the Premier Division, Victors One saw off MSDA Julius Anthony Northern Stars by six wickets at Cumberland.
Victors One made 150 all out from 25.4 overs; Kirtney Franklyn struck 87.
Bowling for Victors One, Luke Wilson took 3 for 26; Coby Dabreo 3 for 35; and Travian Matthews 3 for 40.
Victors One fell for 151 for loss of 4 wickets. Jerrell Edwards scored 66, and Newton Browne 26. Kirtney Franklyn picked up 2 for 32.
