Ulaanbaatar,
April 24, 2026 /MONTSAME/. Director Khoroldorj Choijoovanchig’s documentary “Tsagaan Khadnii Ungu” (The Lady of the Gobi/Colors of White Rock) has been
officially selected for the documentary competition at the Tribeca Film
Festival in the United States.
“The Lady of
the Gobi” is a project that received partial funding from the Film Support
Fund’s 2022 selection. The film has already gained international recognition,
having won the “Best Short Documentary” award at the 2023 Grierson Awards.
The film is
scheduled to premiere in June 2026.
