Clotilde Armand, after the announcement of the PSD-AUR censure motion against Prime Minister Bolojan: “The next logical step is to give him another blow”

Clotilde Armand he reacted after what P.S.D announced that it will initiate, along with GOLDa no-confidence motion against the Government led by Ilia Bolojan.

In a message published on X, she criticized the collaboration between the two parties and claimed that the approach would not take into account the interest of the citizens or political stability, but only the removal of the current Executive.

“P.S.D and AUR announce that they will jointly submit a motion of censure against the Bolojan Government. They suddenly discovered their ability to collaborate. Not for the Romanians, not for stability, but for… a no-confidence motion against a government which repairs what Grindeanu and Ciolacu destroyed. Because obviously, when you’ve crushed a country, the next logical step is to give it another shot.

Meanwhile, their European family, the Party of European Socialists, makes it clear: “no alliances with the far right”. But Grindeanu believes that it does not apply in Romania. Because he and his associates in the party don’t believe in Europe anyway — they only believe in euros stuffed in trunks or shoe boxes.”

PSD and AUR decided to submit a joint motion of censure against the Ilie Bolojan Government. Petrișor Peiu (AUR) and Marian Neacșu (PSD) declared, on Monday, April 27, that until this moment, “absolutely nothing” had been discussed about a future government, stating that, “as far as I know”, neither their leaders had made any move in this regard. About possible discussions including with others MPs from the opposition to support this motion, Neacșu pointed out that he is making “an appeal” to parliamentary colleagues “from all parties” who believe in “this approach”, who have text proposals that include the content of this motion and who support by signature and then by vote are welcome”. According to him, parliamentarians of PNL dissatisfied with Ilie Bolojan.
