In one of his most recent publications, Jaikel, who faces a lung cancer with bone metastasis, revealed one of the great lessons that the disease has left him. She made the post with a photograph of herself doing exercises, a practice that, according to what she said, has helped her in the treatment process. “There are no words for the gratitude I feel for being able to exercise,” he wrote.
Then, he continued with the revelation: “I think one of the things that the disease has taught me the most is never take for granted or stop being grateful for being able to move and train. What a great privilege, by God,” the message concluded.
