If the CEC does not conduct re-voting in the precincts where the elections were declared invalid, then there is only one option left: to declare the elections invalid in all of Armenia and organize new elections. Invited by the “Offer to Armenia” team today at the press conference declared lawyer Aram Orbelyan.
“We have discussed, it is planned to appeal this decision of the CEC. In fact, this problem would not have happened if there was a certain level of trust and if there was no previous multi-year experience of “fraud”, cheating, circumventing”, he said, adding that there is no information on this case on the CC website that at least one criminal case has been initiated. He also said that the cases of similar voting by soldiers and other violations in other precincts are being studied in more detail.
“It is obvious that the elections were falsified,” said Aram Orbelyan, adding that it is not only about the voting process, but the entire electoral process. He also said that they are also discussing the issue of applying to the CC.
To remind, yesterday the CEC declared invalid at the extraordinary session of polling stations No. 35/65 and 10/51 voting results. According to the CEC, in both cases there was a case of servicemen voting after 20:00.
