Dear compatriots,

Dear residents of Masis community,

I strongly condemn the impermissible incident that took place today in the Nor Kyurin settlement of Masis community, during which the representatives of the “Strong Armenia” political force were abused by the representatives of the “Civil Agreement” party.

Any manifestation of violence, pressure, threats and intolerance is unacceptable and strongly condemned.

I call on the law enforcement agencies to immediately take the necessary measures to find out all the circumstances of the incident, make a legal assessment of what happened and hold them accountable.

Masis community has been and will remain a united community of solidarity, mutual respect. Any political process should not turn into a source of enmity, division or public tension.

I urge everyone to maintain restraint, respect each other’s rights and opinions, and exclude any actions contributing to the further escalation of the situation.
